About Dr. Essop Solomon
Pietermaritzburg born-and-bred doctor Essop Solomon has returned to his beloved
hometown from Saudi Arabia to once again serve the community. Dr. Solomon left the
city in 2005 after practicing medicine here for 21 years.
He worked for 12 years at the Saad Specialist Hospital in Al Khobar-Saudi Arabia. Now armed with advanced insight into diabetes care, he has again set up a private practice with a dedicated team to deliver quality Diabetes care in PIETERMARITZBURG.
He was lucky to get a chance to work as a diabetologist in Saudi Arabia as Saudi Arabia
has one of the highest incidences of diabetes in the world and he was able to gain
invaluable experience using state of the art facilities and resources for the care of
DIABETES.
